Information collected When you look
at the web site of the Cadets WA, our Internet Service Provider
(Ilisys) makes a record of your visit and logs the following
information for statistical purposes: - your server address
- your top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au etc)
- the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
- the previous site you have visited
- the type of browser you are using.
Access to information collected Cadets
WA and the Office for Children and Youth will not make an attempt to
identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely
event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government
agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service
Provider's logs.
Use and disclosure of information collected If
you subscribe to any services on the Cadets WA website then your email
address and other personal information you may provide will be
maintained on our mailing list. It will only be used for the purpose
for which you have provided it and will not be added to a mailing list
- unless you have given specific permission as part of the requested
service. Your email address is confidential. We will not use or
disclose your email address to any third party without your explicit
consent, nor will you get any unsolicited bulk email (also known as
"spam") with any commercial offers or advertisements. Cookies The Cadets WA website uses session cookies for navigation purposes only.
Upon
closing your browser the session cookie set by the Cadets WA web site
is destroyed and no personal information is maintained which might
identify you should you visit our web site at a later date.
