Surf Life Saving Cadets

The Surf Life Saving Cadet program is offering students the opportunity to develop skills in first aid, communications, surf awareness, surf skills, resuscitation and leadership development all within an enjoyable environment.

Learn how to be a Lifesaver and wear the red and yellow colors that are recognized world wide. Become a member of a Surf Life Saving Club and enhance your skills and be a part of one of the largest volunteer community service organisations in Australia.

Surf Life Saving Cadets as a whole, encourages youth to take an active role in the creation of a safe, sustainable and clean environment, in turn promoting a positive image of healthy young people.

Surf Lifesaving gives students the opportunity to develop physically, intellectually and socially within our educational training programs.

Become a Surf Lifesaving Cadet and complete your Bronze Medallion. Become a member of a Surf Lifesaving club and become a patrolling member on the beach. Surf Lifesaving will provide all the training and equipment for your training and on completion you will receive a nationally recognized Bronze Medallion and Certificate. Surf Life Saving is a Registered Training Organisation and you will now be able to be endorsed for units of competency for the WACE.
